  1. Hey! I just converted to being a vegetarian about 6 months ago after reading the book Eating Animals, by Jonathan Safran Foer. I would recommend that book to anyone, carnivore or not, because it is written really well and thoroughly researched. Anyways, I will be looking here for tips on how I can improve my life as a vegetarian and will also be posting on my blog how certain recipes that I try turn out as I try to learn to cook veg this summer!

  2. Hi! It’s been a long time that I’ve been searching of Pinoy vegetarian circle. Glad to stumble upon this site. :-) Health is not just my profession, but my passion too. :-) Congratulations for coming up with this kind of site. Glad to contribute too. :-)

  3. It’s nice to see this blog and would like to join this group of fellow vegetarians. Actually I’ve been a lacto vegetarian since 1981 including my husband and my two daughters who were born and raised as vegetarians.

  4. What a blog! Really I like how everything is well written. I am thinking how I might be made aware of Whenever there is new content. I have saved your site thanks!

  5. I’ve been a vegan for almost 13 years. To anyone who still eats eggs or dairy products, you’re still contributing to the suffering and exploitation of animals. Eggs are basically aborted chicken fetuses and eating dairy just perpetuates the horrific veal industry (a calf is immediately taken away from its mother after birth to be raised anemic and then slaughtered for its white meat). Also, milk has pus. Cow milk is meant for calves, not humans. Consider drinking soy milk instead, or rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk or hemp milk. In Facebook, there’s a wonderful group for Pinoy vegetarians/vegans and I encourage you all to join: https://www.facebook.com/groups/pinoyvegs/
